MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT THE HOMEREADY® SHOWROOM.
Shortly after the purchase agreement has been signed by both parties, you will be contacted by HomeReady® to set up an appointment with a professional design consultant who will assist you in coordinating your flooring and countertop selections. A wide array of both standard and upgrade items is available at their beautiful showroom. A 50 percent deposit on any chosen upgrade items, payable to our escrow company, will be collected by the designer at the time of selection. If you would like to finance optional upgrades, please contact our sales associate. If you do not choose to finance any upgrades, the balance is due at close of escrow.
