CONSTRUCTION OF YOUR NEW NINO HOME will begin, or has already begun, according to the schedule you were provided by our sales associate at the time of contract. The next time you visit your home, it will be for the New Home Orientation. We know that you will be excited to see your new home, but visits during the construction process can cause delays in completion and create potential liability for both buyer and builder. While our first choice is that you wait until your New Home Orientation appointment, if you have an urgent need to visit the site, you must schedule a visit through our sales associate, who will accompany you to the site. Comments and questions will be put in writing following the visit.
