PLAN TWO HOURS FOR YOUR NEW HOME ORIENTATION. We suggest that you coordinate with your lender and our sales associate approximately 30 days prior to your estimated closing date to make sure that everything is in order and that your estimated closing and move-in dates are on target. Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to make sure your loan is ready to close within ten days of our completion date, according to your signed contract. Stay in touch with our sales associate and lender throughout the process to ensure that your loan is ready to close at that time. Once the construction of your home is complete, our sales associate will contact you to schedule your New Home Orientation appointment for approximately seven to ten days prior to the close of escrow. Our on-site job superintendent will walk you through your new home, show you how everything works and answer any questions you may have.
