Maintenance Manual
The Maintenance Manual includes
complete instructions and forms for homeowners'
maintenance requests. As part of our Warranty
and Customer Service programs, owners will have
the opportunity to submit 30-day and 11-month
checklists outlining any items that require
our attention. Items such as surface blemishes
that were not pointed out during the walk-through,
are not warranty items. Requests must be submitted
to our customer service department in writing
and should include name, lot number/address
and a phone number applicable between 8 a.m.
and 5 p.m. The request can be faxed to Nino
Homes at 831-635-0740 or emailed to info@ninohomes.com.
We will acknowledge the request within three
working days. The request will then be scheduled
for the next available customer service work day.
