This home found us. We are avid exercisers and spent time at the park across the street when our gym closed due to the virus. Coral fell in love with a house that faced the park. One day we stopped by and talked to Cris. It turned out that the only home we were interested in was the only one that hadn’t yet sold. One big draw was that the home has a porch. The design and size of the home fit us perfectly and the atmosphere here is amazing. The location is perfect and the home is a great value. We have a view of the mountains, the park across the street and nearby vineyards. We both have big families and enjoy having them over. The backyard is nice for gatherings and for our dog to play. We love that Nino Homes varied the exterior styles and finishes. Each house in our neighborhood is beautiful and different from the others.
